Next Tuesday, you’ll need to download the Chick-fil-A App, place a mobile order, and designate our school in the Community Care Event for Nickajack PTA using code NESPTA for us to receive a percentage of the proceeds!

SHEroes is October 9!

We’re excited to invite all women role models to our first SHEroes Breakfast Day of the 2026–27 school year on Friday, October 9th 💕

A few important details:
📍 Check-in: Nickajack front doors at 6:50 a.m.
🪪 Please bring a photo ID and adult listed in ParentVue
🚗 Park at the Silver Comet Trail (avoid teacher/staff lot or bus port)
🍎 Breakfast: 7:00 am - 7:40 am

📚 No classroom reading for this event. Instead, Nickajack will be hosting Career Day. Volunteers are needed to stay and escort Career Day speakers to their designated areas.

**Career Day/Career on Wheels slots are currently full. Please contact the counselors if you’d like to be added to the waitlist**

Run, Walk, or Jog with the Nickajack Team at the Mableton Pumpkin Chase

Join us for the Mableton Pumpkin Chase 5K on October 17.

Team Nickajack is working to win the top participation award and earn a $500 grant to put back into our Nickajack community. There's something for everyone: 5K, Pet Walk and a Kids Fun Run! Even volunteering earns our team points.

Costumes are encouraged! Register and come enjoy a morning making healthy choices with your Nickajack Family.

Celebrate with the Birthday Marquee!

This year, celebrate your Nickajack Brave with a birthday announcement on the school's marquee! Marquee announcements can be purchased for Nickajack students, staff, and teachers. 

📌 Note: Due to software update requirements, all marquee requests must be submitted no later than 11:59 PM Thursday to be displayed the following week. Please plan ahead for upcoming birthdays and celebrations!
